Approximately 8' across front, 6' deep including 2' porch, and approximately 7.5 feet tall.
Includes:
- Dry Erase Board inside
- Paneling on inside walls
- Wall switch and electric lights ( plugs into extension cord behind playhouse)
- Plexiglass windows
- Window pane dividers
- Shutters with Heart shaped cut outs
- Custom porch rails with heart shaped cut outs
- Custom Paint job with trim
Other options can be added or these options removed and price will vary accordingly.
This is the Kimberly edition of Hearts Desire. This playhouse is finshed on the outside ready for you to paint it. It is not finished on the inside and you have the option of doing that later.
This playhouse has architectural shingles (optional) and the porch is pressure treated wood. The Hearts are left off this edition.
The window pane dividers and the plexiglass windows are left off of this edition making it more economical.
This house is not wired for lights and can have any options added or left off. The inside of the house is 5'x6' and the exterior height is about 8'. The porch is 6'x3' This edition of the playhouse as it stands here it sells for $995. If I paint it it would be $1195
For an extra fee, any Sourwood Knoll playhouses can have the special heart cutouts on the porch rails.
Shutters, Contrasting cutouts on the shutters, window pane dividers and plexiglass window panes are all options that enhance your playhouse.
Dry erase board is a very nice option that children love
Mix and match or come up with your own ideas for options. Either way, they are a great way to customize and enhance your playhouse.
