The Nintendo Wii
and again i couldnt be more impressed with the Nintendo company more then i am right now. every time they release a console it wins me over.
my boyfriend bught me the Wii for a late christmas present as they were almost completely unavaible for chistmas. it cost around 200 pounds with the game and a little extra for an extra numchuck but it was worth it. i am still playing the Zelda game at the moment. (go to best of the month for a review of the Zelda game.)
just like i found with the Nintendo Gamecube the controler beats all others. it works perfectly with both hands whether your left or right handed.
the controler, (device on the right side of the pick ) has amazing abilities or at least on ability that shocked me, it has a console switch off button....OMG. i dont have to get up to turn the godly thing off.
it is easy to hold and though at times it can get difficult the swiping and stabbing actions are amazing.
the Numchuck (the device on the left of the picture) has a misleading name. it is not a numchuck like the ninjas use which threw me. this device has two buttons c and Z and an anolog stick. ingenious. even the numchuk has a motion sensitivity. when i play Zelda and i move it eratically Zelda performs a spinning attack with his sword. yeah i know, its kewl.
i have not played or even really looked at the new PS console coming out but i really do find Nintendo as revolutionary and original. PS always strikes me as the same, afraide of change but just look at the Wii from past nintendo consoles and you will see this is not the case.
not only that but it isnt pack with crap. you can enter the internet, store photoes and the such but if you dont want certain things on your Wii menu page then you dont have to.
the thing even takes old gamecube discs. i loved those tiny little buggers but it just shows that larger discs, for the moment, are the don.
o and about the controler, all you killfreaks out there, no it doesnt ruin t.v sets and kill people. you have a nifty strap that enables it to stay put! and you should never have to move it hard enough for the thing to go flying.

well it was only a matter of time before i caught wind of this little beauty, yes you know who i am talking about, it's Britney Spears. it is evidence like this that proves to us that actors and celebrities are no more human then the rest of us, and, like the rest of the human race, it is only fare to rip the piss out of them when they do slip up.
i know what some of you are thinking, she is obviously going through some type of trauma or mental issue, with her head shaving and nickerless antics but no offence, the Britney just grinds at my very soul. plus it's funny. so if you think i am being mean then turn away now..... or carry on reading and watching the vid and just moan about it later, all the same to me. ; )
